Olivia has completed her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She is particularly interested in humanistic and mindfulness-based approaches, but fosters an integrative approach to better support every client’s needs. Through empathetic listening, a warm therapeutic relationship, and a non-judgemental environment, Olivia creates a safe space for her clients to express themselves. On your journey with Olivia, she will help you recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and establish objectives in a collaborative way. She is primarily interested in working on issues like anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. Olivia is committed to continuously support her clients on their path to healing, growing, and becoming the best version of themselves.
